Warranty Policy

1. EDUP provides 1 year warranty for original EDUP products.
2. Within 1 year, if our products have any quality problems, we will help you to repair or exchange new ones to you for free.
3. Any shipping fee or customs duties generate during return should be paid by customers. EDUP won’t undertake them.
4. We can provide 0.1%~0.3% spare parts depend on different models.
5. We recommend you to detect the products or samples as soon as you received them.
6. We have sells and agents worldwide, if have products problem, you can contact local sells, agents or point-of-purchase.
7. If have any drivers or software problems, please download the drivers or software in our website. We will keep updating the drivers and software.
8. The warranty doesn’t cover: Failure to follow the product instructions; Improper working environment or operation; Damage caused by improper installation of third-party products; Physical damage due to human factors.
