Do EDUP provide OEM service?
Yes, we provide professional OEM and ODM services. We have designer to design your package and make your logo silk print, we have engineer to provide you ODM requirement.
What’s the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
If order EDUP logo products, there is no MOQ; If OEM, the MOQ is 1000pcs. If ODM, the MOQ is 3000pcs
What’s the lead time?
If order EDUP logo products, the lead time is 1~2days if we have stock; If OEM the lead time is 1~3 weeks; If ODM, the lead time is 45 days.
How to pay?
We accept the payment by PayPal, T/T and Western Union. If the value is blow 1000 USD, you should pay 100%. If the value is over 1000 USD, you should pay 30% deposit before production and pay 70% balance before shipment.
What’s the warranty?
1 year warranty. Within 1 year, any quality problems, we can exchange or repair for free. But we won’t pay the shipping fee or customs duties.
How to be our agent?
Star with trail orders first, we will check your abilities of marketing. During this time, we will give you our biggest supports including marketing and price. If you are qualified, we will sign contract with you to authorize.
Connect the wifi adapter to the PC, the PC hasn’t detect the hardware, even after installing the driver. How to fix it?
1) Please check if the wifi adapter connects to the PC tightly. Change to connect another USB port or use the USB hub. As some USB ports of PC can’t supply enough power.
2) Check if the driver is the newest driver, please download the newest drivers on our website.
The signal isn’t strong and is unstable, what’s the solution?
1) Please check if the antenna is connect to the wifi adapter tightly. Put the wifi adapter in tall place to avoid the obstacles.
2) Change the wireless channel of the router. Avoid using the devices in the same frequency like microwave oven, Bluetooth devices, wireless mouse or keyboard.
3) If the wifi adapter is 5.8GHz, better use the 5.8GHz signal.
Do not have CD Room, or i lose the CD driver, what should i do?
1) Find a PC with CD Room, then copy the drivers to your USB flash disk, then copy the drivers to your PC from USB flash disk.
2) If you can get access to the Internet, go to our website and download the driver of your model.
